  1. This is a good concept that resulted mainly due to the COVID-19 pandemic situation in the world.
    I personally have experience facing such interviews and also was able to get through.
    It make the person who is facing the interview much more relaxed and the opportunity for he/she to get existed/ panic is very much low.
    But the disadvantage in such interview is that the interview penal has got only a small opportunity to evaluate a person from the appearance and to have an idea about the confidence level of the interviewee.
    But as the opportunity cost of such events are very much low in the long run of a company there is a high potential for such interviews to be much more popular in the future.
